2.2 System-Generated Email Communications

As part of providing the Services, ApplyBlast may create, assign, or provide access to a system-generated email address or email alias used to submit job applications and receive employer communications on your behalf.

Attachments, confirmations, and responses
Timestamps, headers, and related metadata

These communications are used for application tracking, service operation, analytics, quality assurance, fraud prevention, and customer support. You may be provided access to these communications through the Services.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content submitted on your behalf.

5. Sharing of Information

5.1 Employers & Job Platforms (INCLUDING SENSITIVE INFORMATION)

As an integral part of the Services, ApplyBlast shares your information with:

Employers
Applicant tracking systems
Job boards and recruiting platforms

This sharing may include sensitive personal information where required by a job posting or application process.

If you do not want us to share your information (including sensitive personal information) for these purposes, you must discontinue use of the Services and submit a written request to team@applyblast.com requesting removal of your information from our systems, subject to applicable law, legitimate business purposes, and data-retention obligations.

Once information has been submitted to an employer or platform, ApplyBlast does not control how that party stores, uses, or deletes such information. Any post-submission deletion requests must be directed to the employer or platform directly.

5.2 Service Providers

We share information with service providers that support our operations, including:

Cloud hosting providers
Payment processors
Analytics and monitoring services
Email and communication services
AI and automation vendors

These providers may process information only as necessary to provide services to us.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions with different data-protection laws.
